get a lawyer and make sure he can avoid getting you points.

Don't worry about how much money your paying, just make sure you don't get screwed with points.

+1 sounds like it sucks down there in VA. I even remember the guy who got ran off the road in his new PPW Z during the late night run got a reckless. I know they need revenue but thats pretty unfair.

get a lawyer...... i got a ticket doing 65 in a 45 .... speed changed from 55 to 45.... i know i was still speeding but the cop was sitting right behinde a sign..... long story short i got a lawyer and he got it reduced to where i only paid the fine ... 180$..... and only paid him 100$.... never went to court...
