well i knew my brakes were going to die soon so i ordered new slotted rotors and pads (nissan wanted almost 300 just for pads, f that) Any way the day they arrived from autopartswarehouse.com my front drivers side started to grind but i didnt care....well i didnt care till i opened the box and the pads were for a maxima talk about pissed off especialy after the guy on the phone assured me they were the correct ones for the brembo package...now im grinding bad and still have to return the pads and get new ones,at least the new rotors are sweet!!so if you see a z go by and it sounds like a frieght train trying to stop,wave...thats me

I think Maxima pads actually do fit the Z car, that is the non- Brembo z car. Are you sure you told the guy on the phone that you needed the pads for the Brembo application Z car???

Damn man. Sorry to hear that. Just be careful if you're already grinding and try to avoid alot of driving as the last thing you want to happen is break a rotor. Thats no good.

yeah i made sure to full yexplain to the guy i needed pads for the brembos and the guy took forever looking them up swore these were the correct ones but something told me i was gonna catch the shaft on this one...i just returned (sent back) the pads for an exchange well see what happens...

damn dude I have the hook up to on that stuff! I have non brembo, but I upgraded to stop-tech rotors D&S, SS brake lines also with some EBC black pads all the way around for $460 and some change!

i went with ebc green stuff pads to try them out...i also went with ebc ultimax slotted rotors
