Ouch, dunno what to do about the cracks. Try simply unscrewing the 4 screws at the bottom of the bumper, this should allow more plyability(is that a word).
There is no bracket for the lip It is secured by 2-4 screws at the bottom of the bumper on each side.

Dude the way the lip fits, there is no where on the bottom of the lip where u can put screws throught to secure it to the bumper. Thats the reason I cracked it cause i put it on thinkin i could srew it down but there is no way so i reatached it with 3m tape and the other side cracked.

Seibon does not predrill holes. You're supposed to drill holes that would line up with the screws on the bumper. Then simply use the screws from the bumper to secure the lip along with some double sided tape. But I guess some members are saying it's fine with just the tape. Either way I would prefer the screws be there.
