Yeah, I've always thought some red anodized lips would be sick.

Here's a picture thread I made on the subject.

If you can't find a place to anodize you could have a chrome powdercoat then a transparent color powder over top to give the same impression.

Whoops, my fault, FIXed.

I also noticed that Axis is offering a rose gold anodized lip now. Very similar to that bimmer.

Are you the one with the S2k on WORKS from Skyline??

What exactly are you looking to do?? The reason I asked.....is because I had done quite a bit of research and it can be a pain in the @ss. I had Ye Old Wheels re-polished my WORK wheels (lips) and I had explored varies options for protection and anodizing was one. For the life of me I could not find ANY one that had previous experience/work done by any local (NoVA & DC Metro area) shop. Apparently it's not in great demand, not a very lucrative business. I'm not the type to take someones word without experience and or proof of workmanship. From what I've gathered - Anodizing impregnates the metal material (you need to verify the wheels material - the process may damage wheels) resulting in a very durable surface. Check out the link:

1st link was recommend by the 2nd link. I had a buddy of mine do business with the 2nd link. Awesome work - I figured the recommendation was worth something. I never pursued the anodizing nor do I have any personal experience with the shops. Good Luck
