In MS you don't have dealer tags. When you buy a new car you have a certain amount of time to get a tag.
In MD you get a temp tag from the dealer and you have a certain period of time to get the tag.
When I went to get my tag the computer systems were down, I waited for 3 hours for them to come back up. I had to go see my GF then leave to come up here.
So I left the check and all the paperwork with my mom. She got it and mailed it to me. It will be here tomorrow.
He wanted to tow my car because I didn't have a tag!
I explained to him that we don't get those in MS. I asked him where I could go get one today to get this solved. He told me I can't register a MS car in MD.
I looked at him and said "So do you see my point?"
He finally got all pissy and told me he was going to check to see if this car really was registered to me(who else would be be to? I've got loads of paper work I was showing him with my name all over it). He finally came back and told me Monday between 6am and 2pm I have to go to the precinct and show him my tag or I'm getting a ticket sent to me in the mail.
So now I have to waste my lunch break to go satisfy this guy.
Somewhere someone is getting robbed, but don't worry, the streets are now safer because I have some type of "fix it ticket".
It wouldn't have pissed me off near as much had he been respectful and just explained to me the MD law in a non douche bag tone. Hell, if he would have not acted like a **** he could have given me the ticket and I would still be less pissed than I am right now about it. Attitude is everything.
**** that guy.

The orginals are so washed out that its hard to get any detail out of them. I had to jack the contrast pretty hard to make the red stand out.

I am glad the streets are being cleaned up of you non-plate-haveers. Geesh!

Hell, if I had just still been in my work clothes I'm sure it would have went better. But he assumed he was dealing with a 19 year old kid whos parents bought him a car.
I hate looking young
I just turned 25 and I can count the number of times on one hand that I havn't been carded to get into a bar.

I like the second one but the blown out whites is somewhat distracting. Still nice though.
2nd pic FTW... I am 32 (in July) I get stopped more times than a bus at a rail road crossing.
Welcome to the club. I have been pulled over 53 times! Dont feel too bad about waisting your lunch hour. even at 20mins a stop....I am sitting on about 19 hours, not to include those where I had a ticket and had to go to court...about every 10 stops....on average.
Sucks being successful, young, goodlooking, smart, sexy...did I forget anything..ohh yeah, goodlooking again..lol.

But someone has to do it.
And my boss is gone Monday, which means I'm going to go to the police station THEN my hour lunch starts
That looks great clean...........j/k.And more then likely you got a rookie or very young baltimore county cop.The way you described it to me yesterday when we met it sounded like he was being a dick and trying to show his power. All he had to do was ask the dispatcher if the law in ms was what you described and the dispatcher would have been able to check on it.The only reason i know this is my uncle called me last night(md state trooper) and i asked him.
