yeah I live in south baltimore (federal hill). Pretty much off of the key highway exit before you get to the tunnel. There is a shopping center that also has a coffee shop near it. I figured I could have you guys park there, we could grab a coffee and then drive up to the spot. Its just north of city near hamden (for those of you that know bmore).
Jeffie it would be great if you wanted to come up. The more the merrier.

A, drive on bmore streets with my car, I'd drag on so many things=(
B, parking down town baltimore? no ****ing way lol I don't have a single door ding and plan on keeping it that way.

You all act like Baltimore is like hell. It's not that bad if you know what you're doing. Its not like you're gonna come into baltimore and the magic baltimore car thief fairy is going to swoop down and steal your wheels hahaha Just don't go fast and you wont eff your car up.

keep in mind, my car sits like 2" off the ground. And again with the door dings... I park at the very last spot of a parking lot right up onto the curve.
Parking my TL in down town baltimore freaks me out let alone my dingless Z.
I work right outside of Annapolis and while I don't mind driving down town Annapolis, I would NEVER park there. in fact I wouldn't make it into any parking garages due to the slopes entering them.

^ I'm the same way, I park my car along a curb ALWAYS! To make sure that no one can park on at least one side of me.
But what's the fun in having the car if you can't drive it...??? I understand where you're coming from, but you just gotta be careful where you park and what you do and all. I mean for the most time, we'll be standing right next to our cars. so, ya know...

I open the garage door, back the motorcycle out of the way then fire up the Z, take it out, have a blast driving it, then go home, wipe it down, then put it up.
My Z is 100% a toy, I rarely take it anywhere unless its a Z meet where there's zero parking issues. and again bad streets is a big no no for me.
No doubt, I'm a ***** with my Z, but I can do that since it's nothing more then a garage queen.

It's a weird cycle.
Buy a car because its super fun to drive, dump money into it so its more fun to drive, dump too much money into it then it ends up being a weekend toy that sits around and gets wiped down even when its not dirty. =)

hey Jeffie I know peeps are scared of the city streets etc. I promise the TL will be good. I will save a space in between me and paul. Im doing a recon run Friday night before I "go out for the night" to make sure things are tip top with the roads. Its like anything else. Just gotta pick the right streets. It usually takes me 20 extra minutes to get places when i drive the Z because i have to go a ridiculous way all the time, and all i have is S Techs.
Anyway hope you will brave the baltimore storm and come out on sunday. And bring pics of the Z!!!
