National Z Club
Hey Everyone,
I wanted to announce the formation of the national Z club. The club will be open to all mid-A 350z owners and enthusiests. We will have to design the logo, website, etc, so your possitive input is greatly appreciated.
This is based on the national G club which exists on g35driver.com.
There's already a couple of members on board with this new movement:
mdracer76 (myself)
abui
davidv
tommy lee
driven1
Dave S
Eric the ricer...
..
sorry if I missed anyone who's already agreed to support the club.
So who's down?
Put your names here and lets plan when we'll have our first official national Z club meet. Thanks!
******EDIT******
Come on peeps
go to your UserCP
https://my350z.com/forum/usercp.php
and click on Group Memberships
https://my350z.com/forum/profile.php?do=editusergroups
and send a request to join the NZC!

Im Terry from NGC,
Our model is "keep it simple and keep it free",
We get our own Club forum on g35driver.com with our own Moderators, this gives us a lot of autonomy in the content we have on our forum.
http://g35driver.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=133
The other benefit is club sponsorship, Function Tuned, Dentmasters etc. Infiniti of Tysons and Annapolis offers NGC members 25% off on labor and parts. The bigger the club gets the more leverage we have in dealing with businesses around here to get good deals for our members. Businesses can potentially gain and loose a lot of customers based on how they treat us.
we have an identity, we are the NGC vs just "the G35 guys" etc, making it easier to deal with other organizations and bodies. Its also cool for everyone to rock the NGC decal so we feel good about it when bumping into another ngc member on the road.
Most importantly we are a group of close friends who hang out with each other and have weekly happy hours.

I think that is a pattern that for a successful club, that we may want to follow

Just a little history:
NGC started early 2005. We've been growing larger and larger ever since. It's basically an informal club with some organization involved. Everyone helps one another out and we actually hang out outside of the club. We are now if not the largest g club in the states, then one of the largest (300+ registered members, about 60+ active members). Our current sponsors are Function Tuned, Infiniti of Tysons Corner, and Dentmasters (there's more but those are our major sponsors). We have decals that the members rock... its basically our logo which you can see when you first visit the website on the intro page. The decisions are run behind the scenes by the members who've been around the longest and we try to 100% of decisions whatever is best for the group. NGC will also be joining the "Nat'l G Alliance" (name is still undecided) along with 6 of the largest clubs outside of cali. This organization will receive sponsorship from major retailors... etc.
Also I think this is a perfect time for National Z Club especially with the DVD coming out... your club can be featured on a segment of the DVD.
Benefits to having a club is:
1.) sponsors - lets be honest with eachother... who doesn't want a hookup? Why pay 20 bucks for something when you can get it for 18 bucks?

Hey guys. I'd like to get involved with the formation of the NZC as well.
I've got a lot of the same experience as Terry & Lek, through the creation and promotion of my club College Park Tuning. We host the annual meet that many of you will be attending next week, as well as a handful of other events.
