For those of you that like to fish post your pics up here.

My brother and I just got a 14' Jon boat and we took it out on Black hills lake in Clarksburg, MD (500 Acre man-made).

Considering it was our first time there we really didn't know what was biting. We caught on towards the end and managed to catch two sizeable large mouths.

This summer should be loads of fun.

Was it a bang-and-release or a keeper?

Default Here is what I do when it's not "car season"

This trout was caught on a fly rod and flies that I tied myself.

Erie, PA. I have a 30' camper set up on a yearly site at Folley's End Campground and the stream runs against the property.

I only fish as an excuse to drink beer. Any activity that involves sitting around and drinking is ok with me.

My gf wants to buy a boat so she can go fishing. Either that or find a place to go on the weekends. I am so not the fishing type... I could pawn her off on you guys though for the weekend! LOL

Nothing to write home about, but here's a small mouth I caught in the potomac (right near the bridge that crosses over to Harpers Ferry) last summer.

Yeah the only set back walking out in the middle of the potomac is you usually end up getting hurt (rocks/boulders are sharp as f*ck). Definitely can't drink any brews either.

Going out on the Jon boat is defn. a nice change of pace (brews included ).

I imagine reeling in a fish is no prob for you dutch, I am surprised you don't snap the line with all that brute force, I know the spot on the Potomac in that pic, I haven't been fishing in god knows how long I am def down for a Mid-A fishing meet sometime soon.

Funny you should say that, my brother is always telling me to slow down and not use brute force to reel 'em in.
