I bought a new timing cover and vvt covers and am trying to decide what color to powder coat them.Give me some ideas yall.I know Berts is black with i think purple? vvt covers.(its been too long man).Bryce has black but im trying to do something different.
I would do red, but then again not sure if that will disappear with the red engine bay. Polished is a pain and way too hard to maintain, hmm Bert and I have black haha no clue man. Whatever you like?
how are you going about doing this? Is this something you have to take the engine out to do? I've always wondered how hard it was to take off the timing cover.
I know this is not a Z bay but this is what I did to my spider.
I like the all red, black and in your case carbon. There isn't a lot of carbon stuff for the engine bay on our cars or else I'd get it. I'm not a big fan of the chrome or polished stuff but to each their own. The heat shield is about to be powder coated. Also the good part about powder is it is very easy to clean and keep clean.
