I want to warn people driving in Fairfax County that the police department has been directed by the County Supervisors to aggressively issue summons/tickets for ANY possible moving violation! This is due to the County Budget Deficit of more than $250 Million!

This is true and real. I work for the County - would rather not say in what department. I am angered by the tactics used by Fairfax County to raise money to cover their lavish spending.

Drive carefully and obey all signs.

edit: I actually don't work for the county, but I cound this on Craigslist.

Just another reason why I moved from that county and do not do patronize businesses in the fairfax county limits.

F Fairfax i got a ticket last week. Driving down the road 1 mile from 95 and a young cop 22 years old drive by me in the other direction. pulls a u-turn and gets behind me, runs my tags and pulls me over. Apartyly I owed 60 buck to a court system and my liscense was suspended. I was doing 40 in 45 and my tinted windows where down and was wearing a shirt and tie....WTF!!!
