Default AVIC Z2 Installation Questions

Im installing my AVIC Z2 deck in my 05 350z convert. I have been using this guide:

https://my350z.com/forum/audio-video...all-guide.html

In the guide to complete the bypass it begin talking about a yellow and black mute wire on the factory wiring harness that I do not have, though I do have a yellow and red wire with silver stripes (which is a lone wire). I also have another connector that does not plug into anything on the harness. Is the yellow/red silver stripped wire the mute wire? I'm trying to complete the bypass. If anyone knows hit me up here or call me up at 760-208-3996.

Jon
