He will call you back soon if he hasn't already done so. Real busy office. I worked there for 3 years. If he doesn't call you by today I will try to find out whats up.

yes its good that its on federal property because all offenses dont go on your VA driving record (no points). I got a ticket at Skyline Drive and on a Federally owned part of the PA turn pike... I just had to pay a heafty fine...

Now because its fed its a big deal because of the running away and being a fed offense. You need to prove that you didnt try to run, only that you were late/rushing and didnt see him/her/car.

I got a 62 in a 35 at Skyline Drive and it was only a 200 dollar fine that I was happy to pay vs losing my license.

So admit to the speeding and pay the fine.... but fight the avoidance thing....

you will be OK.. but deff get a lawyer to plea bargon ahead of time...

trust me I know the law with my 10 recklesses over 17 years of driving...

seems like every other year I get one.... or every 9 months-ish...lol
