^ Yes! Very bad for your tranny if you're a noobsauce! LOL Watch this pro do it. Study the way he uses his feet. When you do it, make sure you dont use your tranny to slow down, but instead use your brakes while clutching-in and blipping the gas w/ ur heel to match the revs of the lower gear while downshifting. I heel-toe on exit ramps and mostly on backroads from corner to corner. I also find it useful when rolling to a stop light just incase it's about to turn green so I'm at the perfect RPM range to shoot off the line in my optimal power band.

BTW, who's down for a ricer-rollup for FF4?! Muhahaha
