Wait till you get into 50k+ and then something like this happens:

But we don't stop there, it's time to experience the hardcore G's... so hard that you rip your tire clean off the rim:

In the end I figure, I'm payin for it... might as well have some fun! (sometimes a little too much)

I had new shocks/struts put on the Corolla and the mech told me my end links were going out and he couldn't perform a proper alignment because of it. I was like...so what and continued to drive it. Now there's this loud knock coming from the rear and I'm guessing it's those end links. Anyone know how much end links for a 97 corolla might run me??

Z is the daily driver... but i definitely believe you shouldn't mod the DD too much. it's important to have a car that's "comfortable" during the week IMO, if for nothing else, those late night trips to pep boys cuz something broke

Dude you're crampin' my style, I did the same to my e46

I also added smoked led tails, and blacked out my emblems. Although you've got me beat, mine's not a m only a 328.

$50 tops. Bad end-links do clunk, but I haven't heard them messing with the alignment though. That's strange indeed. Some cars don't even come with sway bars/end links and they align perfect fine.

Odd thing is, I never really had any problems but since i bought coilovers and sways for one car I figured why not upgrade the other one too. And uh, that's where the "problems" started. I'll get it fixed one of these days though. Two weeks after I bought it, I got hit by a DC bus while on my way to school. If it can survive that I doubt the endlinks will be that much of an issue...

Well since I drive the Lotus and the GT-R about equally, I guess I am just as crazy. The Lotus has the Stage 1 exhaust and seriously upgraded stereo. The GT-R had the Cobb AP Stage 1 reflash the first month I got it...
It's a horrible affliction this moding bug... I swear the money I have spent; I could have 2 houses (1 in Philippines & 1 in Thailand) and all the 'entertainment' I could handle for this money. BUT NO, I have to spend it on cars!!! UGH

Not for me... I can have zero mods and give a dang, take care of it top notch even if it's my daily driver with only "2-4k worth of mods" or no mods.

I mod my DD. Guess I'm insane, it makes me happy!
