Lost my job today... Maybe parting out....

So I gave in my 1 week notice last Friday and I got an email from my current company's HR manager.
Maybe they shouldn't have pulled all that on me to begin with? HA...

Traditionally, Business expectations are to provide your company 2 week's notice upon resignation.
Not giving 2 week's notice not only makes it difficult to backfill you at your client, but is considered poor business etiquette and will be reflected in your personnel file.
Is there a reason that you are not able to provide 2 week's notice?

LOL Let me give a better summary. They pretty much told me to either take a pay cut or I'd get laid off. Obviously they weren't trying to lay me off but they just used that to reduce my pay. Now that I've found a new job and put in a one week notice, they're trying to scare me about the consequence for not giving a two weeks notice.

Drama, Drama, Drama get your *** to work. You'll be lucky if they dont hold your last paycheck for over a month.... Just tell em to drop dead and throw up the duce..
If you were of a different ethic make up you would have called in and said "Ey, mf's. I ain't coming in today. ...... I ain't sick...... I ain't coming in next week either..... Oh, yeah thats right.. I got another job.. Peace out biacchhesss!!!"
That's pretty close to how my peeps would have did it. I'm just saying.
