Abui, did you install the Harnesses?
I want pics!
No, really. Why install them without a cage or at least a harness or roll bar on the RS?
Don't you think it would be too risky? Specially with the 4 point harness that you showed me (I think it was 4 point).
1- 4-Point harness tends to have the submarine problem.
2- Without a cage, if you flip your car, the roof might cave in, and you would have no way to bend (over ) and avoid getting crushed.
3- You are going to attach them to the rear buckles, which are too far away and too low. Giving you the change to compress your spine.
4- Seeing the kind of "driving" you do on your spare time on those roads. Flipping over is more than a possibility.
5- You do not have the seats for it.
Is it worth to get injured because of rice??
I know you will say: !yez! but well, just my 2 cents!

Who needs backseats anyways?
I've read all about the compressing your spine thing so I only wear them on "spirited backroad runs." Now if I were to collide into an object at 100mph+ on a highway and had these seat belts on... then we might have a spinal cord issue. Good thing these roads are taken at low speed corners.
on that note...
Coming this summer: ROLL CAGE+Seats baby!
Flipping cars only happens to ppl who drive way over their limitations.
I tried driving w/ these on for a long road trip (1hr +): let me tell you - it's only advisable for short trips/sprints because they get really heavy on the shoulders... but I HIGHLY Recommend everyone getting a pair. You can mount them in the Z w/o a roll bar. I can take corners better with these on since half my time isn't used bracing myself from flying out of my seat!

I did the same thing with the back seats of my 350Z! Screw them!
BTW, I saw on craigslist two seats for a nice price. And the guy is willing to go lower on the price:

Maybe you might be interested so you can get the ugly seats out of the RS
They need rails to be attached though.

^ Sweet deal! But I believe they're knockoff seats. You'll have to be careful with those especially in a crash because the seats themselves sometimes snap in half. I'm planning to get a pair of light-weight carbon fiber buckets at around 12lbs each to shed off more lbs. My stockers weigh 37 and I believe the Z seats weigh wha.. 50+? I know they're heavy as anything. If you wanna shed some weight off the Z or on your WRX, look for seats w/o the side airbags and heater cores. Actually, a lot of WRX guys buy my RS seats because the weight difference is about 20lbs =X

And I need to save for pedals for easier heel and toe (sometimes is a ***** on the WRX) the rear sway bars and a couple other things...
