Finally! I got pulled over yesterday for my exhaust and my front license plate.

Anyone on the forum near the DC/MD/VA area own a CS 350z with a stock exhaust?

If so, can I take a picture of your exhaust/rear with my License plate so I can show the Fairfax County Court that I complied with the law?


Or anyone here mad Photoshop skills?

 

You are in luck my friend! I have an 06 CS coupe with a stock exhaust. The new exhaust is in the mail and will be getting installed next weekend!

 

Why do you need to do that? Can't you just pay the ticket and move on? Didn't know VA really handed out repair orders.

Each ticket is probably $75, so about $150.
PS. My gf buys all my car parts, she's a baller. I just put on a front and pretend it's my cash.

OP - You need to snap pics of ur car completely stock just incase these things occur so you can show them outdated photos at court and save yourself a buncha moolah =)

 

hmm..$150 isnt THAT bad. However, even if you do get the pix and showed them youve complied with the law..there could always be a "next time you get pulled over" type deal.

LOL nope, I wouldn't go back to stock..esp if i knew i can get away with just showin' pix and waive the fee. If he really wanted to be nice he coulda at least gotten you for the exhaust and gave you a warning for ur front plate or something...but when it comes to situations like that you never know. What kind of exhuast do you have anyways?
