It's raining again here in Frederick.....Going to be real tough for the track to dry sufficiently without the sun. I'll keep my fingers crossed, but hope is fading.
Rain has now stopped in Frederick and it is about as bright as it can be without the sunshine. Should have stopped about 20 mins sooner out in boonsboro than here. Hope still holds out. It is MUGGY though. I'll keep you guys updated.
