do you think a 2004 350z touring with 44000 miles prefect condition would sell for out right ?

KBB might state a little higher. But I'm imagine it being 15 - 17k.

Trade in value from Edmunds in excellent condition is $14,900, so it should be somewhere around there.

hardly any car is classified as "excellent condition," you're looking at 14k tops if you're lucky. The Z has a huge depreciation value for some odd reason. =\
