EMR has most everything and know their stuff, too bad they don't offer lube with the parts for easier insertion of ***** into ***.
We do pizzas and flat top grill stuff. I've been in the business for 10 years now, I've delt with most companies in the MD area for repairs. EMR is one of the better ones but not worth the money.
http://www.superprod.com/ seems to have the best prices from any mag. If you go to Laura MD there's a restaurant depot, they have 2 buildings, one is used (maybe sell your ice cream unit to them?) and the other is new. The new item store has some great prices and you can talk them down on anything.
There's also a place right in Jessup that does nothing but Chinese, I've shopped there for some home items.
