Define meatlifter. If some guy is bigger than me, I don't hate on him I just give him his due respect. Besides when I go, I'm too busy paying attention to my own workout [or any women in there].
Slim, I'm going to try and start lifting again this weekend. I'm down to using one crutch so hopefully I should be OK to do a few things.

pay $40 a month, go 40 hours a month then you pay $1 per hour, go 80 hours a month, you pay $0.50 per hour.

Golds = over priced. Most people that I see there are douchebags and always have something to prove. A lot of the roid heads go there.

I lost a battle with a flight of stairs back in college so no benching anymore for me. [popped the shoulder completely out] When I was younger [like you] my max never went beyond 375. As soon as I can walk properly again I'm planning to tone up using lighter stuff and more reps.
You can't be a fat guy in a Z, it looks gross. Plus I'll never pull girls like Brittany with a flabby gut...
