I've been trying to cut for awhile, but I eat too much junkfood too late at night.

I've been looking at the p90x system, and also looking at joining golds. i dont want to be like everyone elsewho joins and never goes and wastes their membershit.

And FML I had a shitload of chinese food for lunch

BUT it was ****ing awesome i had a craving

 

P90x is over rated in my book. Sure, people use it, get results but ain't it kinda expensive? Just go to the gym and work out and eat better. I need more cardio. All I do in the gym is lift weights and build muscle. And i've been eating like a pregnant woman lately

 

Chen, you obviously have never seen my basement hahaha We have every type of exercise equipment available. Eliptical machine, regular treadmill, rowing machine, olympic quality bench, bar and weights, total fitness machine, stationary bicycle, free weights, and even a giant purple balance ball hahaha Oh and a Wii
