Why are 90% of the MD/DC/VA 240's forsale junk and people want mad $$ for them

So the time has come I am joining the Army and Dont want my car sitting for year so i am going to get rid of it i am looking to get 5k for the rolling chassis everything will be included except for a longblock. If you want it with a motor im looking to get 7k
