So it was kind of like that scene in Transporter when Shu Qi is cooking breakfast for the guy the next morning?

You'll come in 2nd place. I'll be first and Barnie will flip at the starting line. DNF!
I'd love to see your car hunt down my bike =)
Chen I've tried so many different things I have no idea.
Steamed buns are REALLY good. they can go from nothing inside them to beans, mung beans, coconut, taro root, BBQed pork, Chicken....
As far as noodles and stuff goes, at least in Vietnam you don't really eat any 1 set thing for breakfast. It's just another time to eat so you whatever you normally would eat. Soup is normal as with noodles. Pho is one of the MANY different noodles. Pho is just what happened to hit it big in the US.
So yes you could eat Pho for breakfast.
Once my car is done we can setup a Jeffie7, Barnabas, and MDHRZ race .

Unless "steamed buns" refers to her a$$ cheeks, this diet fails on so many levels Jeffie.

Look at all the fat people in Vietnam.
Come to think of it for the most part we do eat a bun each for breakfast.
Cal, carb, fat, wise its way better then anything American. However protein is lacking. That's just for the buns.
Anytime else. if its noodles its with beef or chicken, pho is loaded with beef.
American Breakfast = eggs, sausage or bacon or better yet, both. Biscuits or Toast. Most of the time the toast/biscuits is covered in butter AND jelly and for the lucky ones, covered with coolwhip that goes on it too!
Pancakes are great for you as with Waffles...... both covered in butter and pure sugar sauce, then topped with some canned or frozen fruit and covered with a bit of coolwhip
Sausage and Gravy is something I really enjoy.
Cook Sausage into chucks, remove from heat, save left over fat, add a few TBS of flour to it mix until the flour fully takes in the fat, if there's not enough fat, add a few TBS of butter to help it along. Once the flour has fully soaked up the fat, add milk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and add the sausage back into the mix. Mix until thickened. Take a fresh made buttermilk biscuit, open up and butter both sides, then pour the gravy goodness over top. Mmmmmm I love good sausage and gravy too bad its almost always sucks when bought at any local restaurant =(
F you guys, now I have to go buy some sausage so I can make sausage and gravy tomorrow =`(

Most meal in Vietnam is served with a giant plate of lettuce, cucumbers, herbs, and pickled carrots/dikon. Take a big leaf of lettuce, place your noodles or meat into the lettuce add the rest of the veggies, dip into fish sauce and eat.

Come to edgewater we now do a full blown breakfast service. ONLY AT Edgewater we do not have sausage and gravy but we do **** on a shingle.
Clay the main reason Vietnamese people are skinny is because they work hard sun up to sun down and have no money. Plus the nearest KFC and MCD is something like 3000 miles away.
