I will litterally pay that fine for you if you ever get pulled over by a random cop (that you don't know) and they give you a ticket for tp. It will never in a million years happen

 

My buddy open wastegated the chit out of a cop in his evo.. that is insane loud and the cop looked over and kept driving.. they dont care as long as you dont speed

A cop can look under your car to see if you have cats. Emissions stations sometimes go around your car with this stick thing with a mirror on it to see if you have cats. Police and emissions station can give out the $2500 fine. I got threatened by a detective one that they can tow the car on the spot but I doubt it, I'm pretty sure he was ********ing me and plus, I have a HFC on my car.
