I don't wanna go FI, there is a lot of power to made NA in the VQ35 that people don't want to waste their time with. Well I am THAT guy who wants to waste his time haahaha I'd rather have a reliable daily driver, since my Z IS my daily driver, and have some decent RAW power. I've done the turbo thing with other cars, and it just ended badly. I don't want to take a decent thing and mess it up.
If I DID go turbo though, I would do the GReddy Tuner Twin Turbos with the 20G turbos and do some monster injectors and some insane engine build. It would be crazy hahaha
But I plan on eventually getting Tomei cams, springs, valves, and I haven't made a decision really on what I would do in the long run with headers, other internals, etc. I'd really like to do the LongTube headers, like SGP offers, but theirs are REGODDAMNDICULOUS expensive. Like the same price as a Z costs nowadays. So I might stick with the whole Tomei thing, and do Tomei headers also.
Headers/cams kinda work hand-in-hand so I'm gonna wait and do those together. I still have a bunch of stuff sitting in my room, waiting to go on the car after it gets broken in and all. Should be fun and I can't wait to see the noticeable differences.
But in short, I just want a nice NA engine thats reliable and makes good power.

The Power Enterprise TT set-up looks pretty sick though. I have never seen anyone with it before. They also make the 3.8 Stoker kit too.
There's this youtube video of a guy with the Powerlab Single turbo kit on his slammed 350z on Work Equips and it looks REDONK! The thing is sick, and sounds crazy.

I test drove the retractable hardtop 2010 mx-5 a few weeks back. It was fun . . . but not as fun as when I drove my friends 2011 Porsche boxster spyder . . . lol. Now that was a fine piece of machinery I say. Porsche has really stepped up their game.

^My dad got a Porsche Cayman S for xmas and that thing is SICK! It's basically the Boxter, but a bit nicer and some more agressive bits and pieces here n there. Apparently it's one of the faster Porsches on the track? That's what I heard anyway.
But that miata I had was a turbocharged engine, Mazdaspeed version of the regular mx-5. It was so fun, but it leaked oil like crazy. They replaced the turbo once, and then eventually replaced the engine under warranty with another turbo as well. The engine was actually so rare (since they only made the Mazdaspeed MX5 for 2 years) that they had to build a fresh engine in the Mazda plant in Japan, and freight it over. It took I think almost 2 month to get a new engine in it!

Starting to think washing my cavalier today was a bad idea...now all the swirl marks and scratches that were covered up with dirt and crap are all staring me in the face. ![](https://my350z.com/forum/images/smilies/icon17.gif)
Got the Z washed today too, got the vast majority of bugs off the bumper and hood. One or two still lingering.
Tomorrow is clay bar and wax day for the Z, probably just wax for the cavalier. I'd clay it, but....it's a cavalier.
