First off tomorrow I'm going to attempt to install some TPs for clay.

So I was running around town trying to get a bunch of stuff done, I have to go to a Vietnamese cookout on Sunday and everyone wants me to make Chinese style ribs. Since for some reason they can't get enough of them. I was on my way to Samsclub to pick up 6 racks of ribs and clay sent me a txt. I was being a good driver so I went to reply back to him using the voice recognition feature of my phone since it works damn good. However I had the radio up...

I said something along the lines of "Wait til you see the 6 racks of ribs I'm going to be making tomorrow." then I hit send.

I looked down after sending it and noticed I sent.

"whiteface to the 6 racks of ribs some good weed make it tomorrow"

So now I'm thinking Clay might expect me to have some good **** for the TP install....

sigh.

That's my pointless post of the day.

Yeah I'm going to be cleaning the Z as well tomorrow. Plus I have to change out the front brake pads. Sounds like a fun day.

That's pretty much what I did too, but it turns out it was burning a LOT of oil. 17mm in 1300 miles

So I'm glad I had it checked out. The new engine is so nice and quiet and runs smooth. It sounds great. And the clutch I went with was the Carbonetic 1600kg single disc combo with flywheel. I can already tell a difference in engine response, just staying under 3K rpms.

I think Woodrow also got the Competition stage 1 or 2.

RBF600 is DOT4, but that's what I used for when I did my brakes...

I didn't do the clutch install, Nissan did, so they used whatever, and you don't have to replace fluid when you do the clutch install, so it's probably still all my old fluid. I did notice that they were nice enough to give me some yummy fresh coolant!

I'd like to get the AP SS clutch line too actually. I've heard that it helps a LOT because the stock line doesn't hold pressure for chit.

When i drive for a while in my car my clutch tends to start sticking for like 5 min then goes back to normal.. i heard its cause the chit nissan clutch fluid heats up to fast.. Call Dan at assaultech i think it cost me like $10 bucks or something.. i got it all for 410 shipped i couldnt let that deal pass up..

Damn that's sick. Yeah my clutch sticks once in awhile too, especially in hot weather, like stop and go traffic on the way to the beach. It's pretty annoying and scary actually. But I know Mike @ Vivid (Vivid owns AP) and he'd prob just give it to me for free haahha I have some free GReddy swag coming tomrrow

So you are putting new clutch master fluid in too?

Speaking of AP, I think I'm going to end up getting their Ti Single Exhaust because TRUST stopped making the one I was going to get, and I missed the last system by like 2 weeks from being sold. So now onto a different single. I was thinking of the JIC also, we shall see..
