No grill, but I have four stove tops that work just fine. And these were med/thick cut steaks.

I gave the women 1200 to lower it to 1700 a month and she let us out of it. It sucked, but i couldnt move on this house until I was free of that lease. Im sure there were other ways out of it but thise was just the easiest.
I should note that I havent officially bought it yet. Its a short sale so it will take a while and may not turn out in our favor but its worth a shot.

I freaking out though. The house needs a lot of cosmetic work sanding, painting, Patching, caulking, TLC type of stuff. Im just overwhelmed. The house is huge (well for the city) and its not exactly a "starter" house but I cant let the deal go.
Ugh. I hate growing up

Such a big piece of chit, everything the old owners did was halfassed, just to get by.
Just remember there will always be deals out there. no matter what market. Just make sure you have enough money to get the things done that need to be done asap. Also make sure the key things are good to go.
Roof
HVAC
Plumbing
Electrical
Don't skimp on a good home inspection and since its a short sale, most likely anything found wont make a difference on your bottom line, they'll say take it or leave it.
Let me know if you need any help, I pretty much gutted my house outside of the bathtubs and bathroom sinks.

Replacing my showers and toilets soon. Going to try and do it by myself to save some money. Any good home repair sites/forums that you would recommend?

Nope, I always jumped into something and learned as I went with the help of some books of course.
library is a good starting point. Get some books on the subject and go from there.
