sucks my dad asked me the other day if i spilt greese on the garage floor or oil i was like no... and then he showed me the spot and over night that chit just dripped a big *** puddle.. hopefully its covered under warranty

it should be covered under warranty. How low were you? A friend of mine has the BC ER coilovers and he blows his all time, not to mention you can barely get the factory jack under his car. Does stance have a rebuilt kit? or do you have to send the corner in and let them diagnose it?
just got back from the MVA and wasn't that bad...never realized how many hot under age girls getting there learners at the MVA. I told them i give out free lessons. Just want to make sure they are taught right. 
well i called them and they said i could buy the dampener and try that but still send my dampening in to them if it is under warranty they willl refund me. think i should just do that?
Jgrizz, you should consider having painting parties. We used to do that in my office, 4-5 of us would go over each other's places and knock out paint work in one day. We did 3 rooms and a hallway/foyer in one shot last time.
Most homes unless brand new will require some type of upgrade. My place still needs the bathroom gutted, an updated kitchen and some new harwood before i'll be ready to sell it and move on to something bigger/better.

Painting party is a must. Maybe we can have a painting and panty party with some import models....although I dont know how well that will go over with the old lady.

yea thats right im pretty sure thats it.....lol na i put shorts on most of the week then i put my pants and boots on haha and cowboy hat people took pictures of me haha

This house is really new for baltimore standards (2004-2005) so most of the house is tip top and doesnt need to be upgraded. Although Id like to do a lot of stuff myself, the dis-repair of the walls may be an issue and I may need to call someone. Also some of the taping from the drywall is visible. This is either due to poor build or humidity (im pretty sure the AC has been off for the past two summers) I think the re-taping I may just have someone come in and do. I have a guy I know give me a rough quote to do it and it didnt sound expensive at all so I may just take him up on it.
