I'm not making the pig, I don't have the setup to do it =(
However everything else is being made from scratch. Outiside of buying legit food, I hate buying premade ****.
Ive roasted a bunch of pigs. You can make the setup pretty easily. Of course that skin is perfect.... My skill is getting there. i just need more practice.

What do they use for the rub down on the skin?
But don't you have access to an inground pit or something? I don't think Jeff's house has enough room out back for something like that. And i don't know how safe it would be to try roasting a whole pig on a small deck so close to your house...

Roasting a pig is not hard. Doing it Chinese style is. I've never done it before, my friend is a life long Chinese chef who has worked at 4 star hotels in Hong Kong, I asked him to teach me, he said nope, gotta have the setup. Very few places can do it right. The ones that do it right tend to do one thing. Just pigs.
Noo not micheal clark duncan. ughhh as soon as i see a pic or remember I'll show you.
