Hmmm, could've sworn you posted pix and you were standing around a dug-in pit watching it roast. But that may have been someone else.
BTW, how big is JGrizzle manor?

Hmm.. if I could get a full custom paint job for under 2k, I'd jump on it

lol good one Heather. I have this whole philosophy on "modding your car right". To me a flashy paint job/color should only apply to a car that has a flashy body kit. Personally I hate a stock yellow/orange 350z, but boy a yellow/orange 350z with a flashy body kit is the way to go (minus the chrome rims of course).

Chris gave me a ball park price of $2500 for full respray and to pull out my door ding collection. You pretty much get what you pay for and if you go somewhere craptastic like MAACO you'll probably wind up with yellow/orange housepaint on your car.

hmmm $2500 for a full respray.. I wonder how much he'd charge for a custom paint. My front bumper has paint cracks all over from it flexing too much. That flexing issue is all fixed now so I'm thinking either respraying just the front bumper or go all out and get a full custom paint job.

I'm thinking about fixing up my xB a bit as well.. hmm...

$2500 is a bit over priced IMO.

You got any connection? To be honest I think a respray should actually be cheaper than painting a specific part alone since there is no paint match or any of that nonsense involved. Yea it costs more paint but labor should be waaayyyy cheaper since it's literally tape tape and spray spray.

I too spoke with the guy from Base. I want my car redone in Mecury silver or a Liquid type silver finish. I think he told me it would be close to 3k. A lot more then I want to spend. I may see if Christian Autobody can do it and how much they charge.

Hey Tod while you're at it, ask for a "combo deal" and see how much they'd charge to repray 2 Z's

We should try to get 5 or so people that want to get their cars repainted and see if we can get a deal!

Group respray? Hmmm.. that sounds like a plan!!! Say if it's 1.5k per person I think that's pretty fair! And would definitely bring the shop's name out. Well we already have you, myself and Clay. So 2 more and we're good to go.
