Thats actually what we ended up doing...when she finally started to get it she thought I was telling her to "Rev and Dump" I was like no babe...thats how we break things

I tough mine how to drive standard a few years back.

I did it by putting a white paper cup in the cup holder with a little water.

Everyday I would fill the cup a little more and leave it there for her morning rides to work.

It was summer, so it was good that she had a cup of water to drink before turning on the car and going to work.

^^ LOL!!!

On a serious note: she delivered tacos I heard.

I used a small stuffed animal to put on the dash when I taught my gf stick. If she accelerated out too hard out of first gear, the stuffed animal would fly to the floor. Good way to practice and gauge how well you're feathering the gas.

Or the OP slipped up and forgot to take down his pic of "Jodie". The bigger question is, does she has a "jodie" pic in her car? lol

Looks like a High School senior Picture to me!!

Seriously though, i never ever use my analog speedo, i always use the digital one. Because of my height in proportion to where i keep the steering wheel it's a PITA to see the analog speedo. So the OP probably does the same thing.
