Yup me, my brother and my girl are racing our maxes to see who's the fastest. I finally got to go WOT in my girls max and it hauls a$$. For some reason once it hits 4k rpm the RPM fly to redline. It definatly feels faster than mine but we'll see friday.

Mannnn the weather is looking excellent for Friday......low 70's and low of 50=Win. I think I am going to scoot out of work early, get the new front tires put on, and get there when the gates open. Thus, I am going to upgrade my chances of going from 40/60 to 70/30

I don't think you need a helmet unless you are doing better than 12.5. You'll get at least one pull without one otherwise LOL.

i honestly doubt they are even going to enforce it after you're past inspection. They didn't even nag me for leaving my windows down once.

 

you need a helmet if your running 13.99 seconds or quicker.... they usually do enforce it there, atleast the two times I have been there...

 

I got a firm boot from capital when I forgot my helmet and ran a 13.2 at 121 (that's not a typo). I just let it creep out to the 150 ft mark and then hit the throttle because I was just giving my previous car a shakedown after the build. They weren't having it.
