Yea, like I said, I have put a lot of time and effort into my Baby, and I hate to do this, but I just don't see any other logical way.
I have spoken to Dave @ Function Tuned and he is working out the details on pricing and labour necessary to remove (and install for those that are local and swapping parts is an option). I will be meeting with him this afternoon to see what he thinks. When I have a pricing sheet, Either I or Dave will post it.
FYI: Robbie has first dibbs on a # of turbo/driveline parts for his build as he came up with this plan in the first place. After that I when the prices are set, it will be first come first served. I will try to go through this thread and discuss with the individuals who have shown an interest first.
Bad_350Z: The cage is a custom built cage for the Roadster. The main rear hoop is welded in, so not sure that is removable, but if it can be done Dave can figure out how to do it. The forward hoops, door bars and cross bars are removable.
ZS14: As you can see, this is why posting pictures of the car while possibly useful, really does not show off all the parts, polish, driveline, and engine work on this car.
JayZ: I will say upfront most of the Seibon stuff is very high quality stuff and the Roadster tanneau cover is 1 of only 6 ever sold in the US (possibly anywhere). The front bumper fits pretty good, but I know with a little effort, it could fit a almost perfect, I jsut never had the time. I forget if you have a roadster, but the CF A pillars are also custom and beautiful pieces custom made for me. The sideskirts are very nice, but fitment was not quite what I expected. I have talked to my body guy and he said he can get them to fit much better, but I think a little damage was incurred with the GT-Factory doors. Would need to get closeup pics. As for the rear CF lip, I think that might actually be bonded to the Bumper, but will have Dave check. As for the interior door panels, those only come with the GT-Factory doors but I think we can work something out.

We'll get on this shortly guys and compile a list of parts that WILL be able to be removed and sold. As you can see this is no little task as the list and number of modifications is huge.
Unfortunately there will be some things that will HAVE to stay in the car b/c removing them would do more harm than good and when it comes down to it...just aren't worth it. (i.e. the cage and doors (meaning actual hinges not paneling) are DEF. on the list to stay with the car)

We're working on it guys.
CookyCutter....your request is noted and will be replied to shortly.
We're also working on the best way to distribute the parts as well as some people have called dibs on certain items already.

Ahh.. This is the official thread.
JB has the mad dibs on the front bumper for the win please. This being just a friendly reminder that once the car rolls into VA, I'll swing over and take that off your hands.
