It is awd. We have a DCCD controller in our cars. It allows us to transfer the power between the front wheels and rear wheels. He can transfer the majority of the power either to the rear. I.e 60/40, 50/50, 30/70/, 10/90

At 3:55-4:00 you can see the front wheels begin to smoke but the rear wheels do the majority of the smoking. Doughnuts like that would not cause the front wheels to smoke unless they were spinning.
