Default Stalling issues?

So I finally got my Z back from the body shop after to months of waiting...and it looks awsome; you could never tell I was nailed by a drunk driver. However... while driving to Norfolk today I noticed that on slow speed, like when approaching a stop light, the lights on the cluster came on(like if you were starting up) and then the car would return driving...Then when I'm at the light sitting in Nuetral the car would shake...then stall...it did this about 2-3 times. I observed that before the car would shake the tack needle would range from 0-1500 by itself then stall out. I had to sit there and lightly rev the engine to avoid the stalling...

Any thought?

water in gas?

clogged fuel line?

cheap azz gas?

Throw some high octane + octane booster in there along with some BG44K and you will surely rule out a fuel issue.

BG44K isnt found everwhere....and its about 25-28 bucks a can. Check Shell gas stations that have a garage/mechanic type.

insert can on a full tank of BG44K (note it is not a octane booster...its a fuel system cleaner....not gas cleaner...metal fragment type of cleaner)

drive to half a tank..refill gas tank

run completely out..the can is supposed to be diluted with 26 gallons of gas...our whips have 15.5....

good luck.

then change the spark plugs if its been some time

Try the BG 44k stuff then seafoam it and change the oil. see if that works. Seafoam does wonders. A buddy's lexus had similar issues and sea foam took care of it.

i think i found the solution...

while i was driving i heard a whistling sound from the left side of the engine bay...I instantly thought maybe he pulled out the intake box while replacing the fender; so i pulled out the filter to see if it was still in there and what do i find...

I 2"x2" hole right before the induction box and the intake tube right under the MAF..

Anyone know where I can get a replacement for this piece?
