The homes in that neighborhood rent/sell QUICK. I got out bid awhile ago on the house next to you and it was only on the market for 3-4 days. I'm pretty sure it sold at a higher price than what it was listed at. Great area to live...

 

i like the people who bought that house, they're late 20s and the wife is nice looking, plus they're very friendly. They walked up to the owner with contract in hand for I think 10K over his asking price. It went on the market I believe Friday and by Saturday he had something like 10+ offers The current owners went up to him on Sunday and he signed right then and there.

Yeah people just dont understand piney orchard it is one of the highest cost/hottest areas to live in Anne Arundel County, when it comes to townhomes/small yard single family homes/condos.

Newly built houses in the "p" section of bowie with 3-4 garage and who knows how many bathrooms and bedrooms were on sale at one time for buy one get one free. These were $1,000,000+ holmes marked down to about $750,00-800k

If I lived next to Jeff, I'd want the apartment facing his bathroom.
