Whose owns this Black Z with SICK rims @ Sumospeed 2010?
Honda and Sudaru forums huh? And what exactly are the "adult" car owner forums saying? Most of us Z owners grew out of Honda's back in the late 90's or so. I personally don't need recognition or prise from the Honda and Sudaru groups that are made up of mostly kids anyway.
Once upon a time the Z owners used to be thought of as a higher caliber of owners and car enthusiast and now that the Z's value has depreciated to a level where any kid with a part time job at McDonalds can afford one we start seeing thrashed and trashed out Z's that people (mostly kids) confuse with being cool. Well IMHO NOT.
Adults don't confuse Stupid with Stylish, that's somethings kids do.
If I wanted a Honda I could have no less than 10 sitting in my driveway for what it cost to buy my Z new and the cost of my past and current mods. It's not like I don't know any better either. I used to own one of the first B16A engine swaps in the 93 Honda Civic DX in the country before I sold it and bought a 93 Nissan 300zxTT. Somewhere between the Civic and the 300zx I grew up.
NOTE: I know that my post seem to come off as a little aggressive sounding in tone. I really tried not to be. I made every attempt not to sound like a A$$Hole as much as I could. I appologize if I offend.

A lot of people on this forum buying their used Z for the same price as a used scion xb van and thinking they are baller.
Funny you said that, i saw a kid in my old home town having a Z working at mcdonalds..lol.

You need to get with the program, its 2010 and if you dont like it then you need to learn to ignore it or go back to 2003. Your like one of those old farts that wont stop bitching about how they hate the new generation blah blah just stfu

I'd like to stand up and bow down to you but I've seem to lost my cane. At 34 years old I forget that us old farts really do need to just "stop bitching " and "STFU" and realize that you young whipper snapper know everything there is to know about everything. Your new generation will always have one up on us old farts and we should all just count ourselves lucky that we haven't all been rounded up and stuffed in a nursing home somewhere. Is it really 2010? Wow! How did I miss that? I suppose it was due to all that MJ I was doing back in the 60's (wasn't even born yet) before we had cars with wheels on them. Back then our cars had feet with a whole lot of negative camber riding on 12' leather and Hydraulics. Ahhh... Those were the good old days. Before the days of blue masking tape and skinny little tires on big ol Bling Bling wheels. Before the days of rims smaking on the inside of the wheel wells and 1/4 panels because the wheel are too big to tuck under like they should. Before the days of 10 point U turns. Before the days of having to replace the tires more than once every 2 years.
