So the math is simple... first convert
12" - 11" = 1" = 25.4mm
-17mm - (-5mm) = 12mm
24.4 - 12mm = 12.4mm = 0.488188976"

So whatever that setup looks like + 0.488188976" is roughly how much more my potential rim would stick out compared to his rear setup.
I did this a while back trying to maximize offsets compairing an 11" rear setup to a 10.5"

When you compair the two, you need to realize that you are adding and subtacting length to the front and rear lips of the wheel. Not just adding it to the front of the wheel.

Let's start with the wheels in the pictures and compair them to the 12" width + 5.....
Take the 11" width with a -17 offset
add HALF of 25.4mm(1 inch) to each side of the wheel,
thus the front & rear would extend an extra 12.7mm vs. a 11" rear.

So a 12" width -17 would be 12.7mm more agressive on the front face, but that's not what we are compairing, we are looking at a 12 width -5.
Now, the difference between -17 and -5 is 12mm.

Subtract 12mm from 12.7 and you see that the 12" width -5 wheel is only .7mm more aggressive than the pictured wheels. I think you can make them fit.

I just used an offset calculator and a tape measure lol

Sometimes its good to do a little mental math, a ricers mind needs to be sharp.

So we have determined that the rears will fit (with a little massaging of course), AND not only can Ethan not spell, but he can't do simple math either.
