Getting my sport driver seat replaced by Infiniti for minor wear around the center bolster(right inbetween the legs where my jeans rubbed and removed the upper layer of leather) side bolster(deformed), and wear(not yet a tear just a crack which exposed the cloth material under the lether layer) where the leather meets the plastic part of the seat. I went to Jim coleman Infiniti and got approval in less than a week. If you guys need it done i would venture over there since the turn around time from infiniti( pics were required and sent off) was not bad. I half expected the claim to be denied. guess i wont have to foot the hefty bill or get racing seats.
