Saturday Meet, the 12th 3pm? Gambrills/Waugh Chapel
Trying to set up a meet for this Saturday, there's a new Vietnamese joint right off of RT3 right up from the Waugh Chapel shopping center.
Anyone game? 3pm

Depends on what you call a tune. You can't just put a stock car up and tune it, you need to install something that is tunable or use software like Osiris, in order to have Osiris you must buy the license for it. I think that's around $400? I could be wrong.
Tuning runs I think for this area in the $150-250/hour range depending in you're N/A or F/I thats IF you already have everything you need. For N/A My guess is you'd spend no longer then 45-60 minutes on the dyno.
