Default Door Pods N Fiberglass Work in MD

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place. I'm new to the site. I need some help here guys... I have a set of Focal Krx2 component set that I'm trying to install in an 05 350z. The issue I'm having is:

1. The tweeters are HUGE and won't fit in the stock location (even with a MOD)
2. The speakers won't fit without it hitting the glass of the front window.

I tried the spacer route, but that's not gonna work because the clearance once the factory door goes back in is to slim of a margin.
I ordered some speaker pods from Nazar over at Wicked C.A.S (legit guy btw). Only problem is that I can't install the whole grille, I have to take the wire mesh part out and it works.

I want to be able to use the entire grille from the Krx2 and not have to settle.
So if i can get any help at all as far as (A) local places that does good fiberglass work for a reasonable price. (B) Where can I install the tweeter for good staging. (C) And any advise on the speaker pod situation would help too

Thanks Guys.

I think you'll able to get it done the way u wanted it, anythings possible man its just gna take some time, for example when i put the subs in my car I wanted to make them look as factory as possible in the hatch not like the over expossed ones everyone else has, give it time man and look around you'll find a decent shop to hook it up without cutting corners.

OP. Both of those shops have been around for quite a few years and both have good reputations.
