18x10.5 +15 RPF1's, Sticker Hoosier A6's (Stamp date 25th week of 2011!), SPL lockout bolts and P/S cooler have arrived........ Now I just need the suspension to get back sometime in this life.
HVAC dude just left my place. Said it would cost $1500 to temporarily fix the issue, but he recommended a complete replacement of the heating and cooling units for the low, low price of.........$7000.00. I literally almost **** myself when he said that. I'm seriously thinking of packing up both cars and living in a parking lot somewhere...

Renting is for stupid people..... It sure is good to be a home owner isnt it?
I heard that sooooo often when I was renting. I never once regretted it, in fact the only thing I regret is not renting a bit longer, I could have bought more house.

Clay's quote is pretty much the going rate of a normal company in Maryland.
I had quotes from $7 to $8500 to replace my town houses unit.
A/C units have about a 15 year life span. Clay could fix it for $1500 only to have to put another $1000 into it 2 weeks later then again it might run for another 4 years without issue.
