I heard that sooooo often when I was renting. I never once regretted it, in fact the only thing I regret is not renting a bit longer, I could have bought more house.
Yeah, it feels so good to be so smart. Buying was easily the biggest mistake I've made. If my parents were still alive, I'd probably be still living at home.
Question: Can a police run your tags and see that you're the registered owner of a vehicle then pull you over for a suspended licence? What if someone else is driving at the time wouldnt it be considered an illiegal stop?
