Yup, if your insurance company backs you like it should, their lawyer should call the other company and ask them to put everything in writing as to why they're not covering it and now they can or cannot prove what happened was the cause of it.

I wouldn't go to a lawyer without going through your insurance first.

I'll be in Charlotte Hall, MD this Tuesday-Wednesday on business. Driving up in the Z through VA on the way up on Monday. Any cool places to check out of fun/scenic drives within an hour that you local guys would recommend?

oh wow there is a sequel to this thread?
i havent been here for like years i guess haha whats up guys

Anyway guys, how is everyone... im catching up on this forum right now seeing everything i missed haha.

My Z is gone. Sold it a while ago since ive been in school. Now im looking at getting a new car. Every time i see a Z driving down the road, my heart stops and i still wish i had mine... but it doesnt look like a z will be in my budget. Plus I want to go FI this time.

So if anyone wants to contribute to a discussion , here are the cars that i am interested in currently (my budget is between 10-15k):
-1999-2000 subaru 2.5 RS with an STI swap
-Subaru STIs in general
-Thought about looking at Evo 9s. Im not trying to deal with a headache car though...
-FI 350Zs <- currently out of my price range.

Any other suggestions?

Anh has a 2000 impreza rs project car. He would be the person to talk to about those. From what I have seen they are really cheap to mod and seem to be a fun car to drive. I went with an 04 RS to play with, wont be doing the STI swap for awhile but it is in the works.

update: Got another rental car. Called MY ins. Co. they came out and estimated my car and come to find out, they found proof that the qtr panel should be fixed as well. Looks like the other ins co estimator forgot to look at all the seems to see cracks and bends. SMH.

Like to give a shout out to the OTHER body shop i am now dealing with. The manager went out of his way to make sure I get OEM parts instead of refurbished parts, like the last Body Shop did. (they also did a horrible job at doing their job)

Well Idk want to be that guy but I will give out the body shop that bent over backwards to get me OEM parts. Since the other shop did their job they didn't think they could get a new bumper but they did.

If anyone needs body work go to ACT body shop. The manager Matt is the man.
