Calories in calories out, no need to take anything else, just watch your diet.

If you eat less over x many days you'll adjust to it and get use to eating the smaller meals. Same goes for eating more while trying to bulk up, you get use to it.

If you want a good supplement, drink green tea. Also if cutting weight since you'll be on a low calorie diet, make sure you get some protein drinks to keep the protein levels high enough.

My goal this year is no different then every year in the past...
Make more money and work less.
