No, I'm not going to. It's really not worth it. You're a good guy and I'd rather not get into with you. I enjoy getting into it with you but I'm not willing to take it to that level. While you didn't point me out, it's pretty clear that it wasn't thrown in there for no reason. As with the other 3 or so times you've said something.

All I ask is that hopefully you can respect me enough to stop with the name dropping or at least change it to lado or lido. When google indexes sites/terms and that name gets pulled. The people that over see the franchises will get an e-mail saying "insert term" was listed on a website, click here to see the website. And then next thing you know My350z becomes not my boss's business but the CEO and other key higher up people's business. Think of it as if the people who pay/renew your company's contract are now hearing bad stuff tied with your building's/company's name only to find out you are an active poster not just on the site but within that same thread. Off topic. Berto, what type of wrist wraps do you use for hitting your heavy bag? Me and my trainer are going to begin doing bag work as another means of cardio and he told me I'll need wraps to protect my hands and wrists.

Nothing fancy some cheapo wraps and decent gloves from the sporting goods store.

You wont need wraps though unless you plan on hitting the bag hard and often. For cardio Id imagine contact and about 50% effort would do it.
