Since you are a young guy Shin I would expect your comp deductible is > $200, so this may be an out of pocket expense for just the windsheild. Put in a claim for the body scratches at the same time to make it worth while and don't worry about a rate increase, comprehensive claims are non-chargable. You may need to file a police report for the insurance company to pay out though.
