Based on the reviews I've seen about Hills Garage I decided to go with them to help me solve a several year long issue of my Z being unreliable and not starting.

One day later I get a call that the problem is solved and at a very reasonable price.

The culprit: a loose ground cable which supplied ground to the ignition circuit. Left loose by Frederick Nissan after my engine swap 24k miles ago.


Long story short I'm beyond happy with Hills Garage! They are knowledgable, friendly and fair.

Threads like this inspired me to use them and my hopes are that someone else in need of Z/G help will see this thread too and keep them in mind.

They don't do alignments that's about it and that's only cuz he hasn't gotten an alignment rack lol

That shop is the best bar none super glad people here on the forums sent me there.

 

Seems like the best shops are the mom & pop shops, esp owners who have children. They understand the value of hard work and customer service. +1 for Hills.
