Who has ever complained about not going to a meet over money? I don't think money is the issue.
Life takes over when you grow up and a car meet is the last thing on your mind or many times the last thing you wanna do when you finally catch a day to relax. I still love cars I just don't feel the need to have to show off my car at all nor do I wanna stand around young kids with zits popping off as they ask stupid questions.
I chill with my Z friends almost weekly, funny cuz I see more Mid-A peeps now than when I was your age Shin. Saw a few last night!

Nah nobody would give a $hit other than me.
The car has been GREAT fun, and it has also been great pain. Financially its suicide, and no matter how I build it, or ove rbuild it things will break and thats $$$$$. Best part of owning and modding the car have been the people Ive met over the years, not to sound all gay but you cannot put a price on that.
Part of me thinks "if I cant drive it hard why own it?" Still figuring that out. I used to see the car once every 8 months, out of sight out of mind, now I see it everyday it whispers at me to fix it daily. Time will tell....

Despite the questionable and ragged path I took, I don't regret any bit of it, but I felt like it was coming to a halt and that's why I made this.

Shin, Dave went MIA for a year or two, he's still apart of the group. Life happens, quit being worried about stuff. It will all come back around at some point and if it doesn't tough chit, move on.

My favorite was the Spring and Fall Skyline Drive VA cruise, but we blew that a couple of years ago.
Import versus Domestic Day at Maryland International Raceway, Budds Creek MD was also a popular get together for racers. Unfortunately ever changing class rules made the all-motor 350Z no longer competitive.
No... Fail on my part. 8 people were coming and in the end all but 2 people from here flaked..... then 2 other friends non Z related joined in. So it was 6 of us and we stayed out til 3:30 in the morning and it was one of the best meets we've ever had.
If that happened to you I bet you would have been raising hell about how no one goes out anymore and how they left you hanging. We didn't care, we made the most of it and it was a great night.
